Mao Series
The Mao series is the only Chinese cigarillo brand available in GTR market, exclusively managed by CIDF. The product capitalises perfectly on the rise of nationalistic sentiment and desire for GTR-Exclusive products.
Branded as the most premium Chinese tobacco product, CIDF has nurtured a loyal consumer group for the brand owner in domestic market. The series has been launched only in suitably premium international locations and has been a resounding success with the Chinese consumer.
Ashima Family
Ashima is a Chinese retro brand that is inherited, reinvigorated and managed by CIDF.
The series was relaunched in GTR in 2011, starting with one SKU in one location. We eventually expanded to 7 SKUs, which are distributed to 40+ locations globally. The brand’s GTR presence was able to reinvigorate the domestic demand, with three SKUs relaunched domestically.
